Flower From The Abyss (Emotional metastasis)

I wanted to represent the symbiotic and fusional nature of affectivity.

The transformative capacity of love encourages trespassing from the self.

The hunger for love feeds on the emptiness in each of us, so we transfer it to the other, like cancer cells traveling in the lymphatic vessels, in a continuous emotional metastasis.

We attempt to fill this emptiness, but it pushes us outside ourselves to be filled, allowing us to give ourselves to others even at our best.
